Monitor Public Usage, Crowd Level, Water Level & Current Weather of
Recreation Areas, Rivers, Lake, Reservoirs, Streams & Canals
With the Observer IV camera and webcam, waterbody, park and recreation management can monitor public usage, crowd
level, water level and current weather conditions at any recreation area, river, lake, reservoir, stream or canal,
even those located in remote areas, as long as those sites have GPRS GSM cellular coverage. The Observer camera
and webcam system can be automatically triggered to take pictures by external events from motion detectors,
infrared heat sensors, or many other types of remote event triggers.
The camera and webcam system can be set to automatically take pictures at specific intervals of time, for example,
once every 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. This provides a time-lapse effect when viewing usage patterns, crowd levels,
water levels of these water bodies and weather conditions over the course of several hours or each day. Breaches
to security or secure areas can be identified and tracked as well.
The public can be given access to pictures served by the Observer camera & webcam via the recreation area and
waterbody's websites. The public can request that the camera and webcam take a near real-time picture at their
request. This allows the public to check current weather conditions, croud levels and water levels at locations
they are considering visiting.

Click on a ".jpg" to view it.
If you're using the Opera browser, you can set it to automatically update the picture periodically.
Simply click "Navigation" then "Reload Every" and then select your desired update time interval.
